When you choose to have a course delivered by remote instructor, this simply means that a qualified instructor will deliver the training in person, in real-time through a Microsoft TEAMS meeting. What is Blended Learning Training?
Blended learning at MKD involves first completing an e-learning course online. This is done at your own pace and convenience. Once completed, a tutored assessment session is required. At MKD a fully qualified instructor will be involved in the assessment process, in real time through a Microsoft TEAMS meeting.
We have carried out countless blended learning course assessments, the majority being Manual Handling training. According to the HSA manual handling training requires a practical session to be assessed by a QQI Level 6 Manual Handling Instructor in person. This model ensures that our blended learning courses remain part of our Low Price Training Course Options.
Minimal Planning is Required for Practical Assessments
Demonstrating and assessing lifting techniques, harness inspection and donning, inspection and mounting of abrasive wheels and fire extinguisher use can easily be performed during a remote session with simple and minimal planning in place, proving that cost-effective, low price training course options remain accessible.
