MKD Health & Safety training courses are designed and built in Ireland, and therefore use the Irish Health & Safety Regulations and legislation.
In the legislation sections of our courses we explain the duties and responsibilities of employees and employers. Therefore, our course content references include The Fire Services Act 1981, The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the SHWW Act (General Application) Regulations 2007 and the SHWW Act (Construction) Regulations 2013.

Health & Safety training available in 3 formats.

E-Learning
Some online courses do not require a tutor follow up, as a result, upon completion of these e-learning courses, certificates are immediately available to download.
Blended Learning
Some courses require tutor assessments for full certification, because of this criteria assessments are carried out via video conference call.
Remote Instructor
Remote instructor courses are usually delivered via a TEAMS meeting. As a TEAMS conference meeting, training can be for a group or a 1-2-1 training session, and are carried out by our instructors in person. Tutor assessments immediately follow course completion, and as a result, certificates issued same day.

HSA Compliant Health & Safety Training Courses

Health and Safety Authority (HSA) compliance is crucial for organisations operating in Ireland, therefore MKD courses are designed to ensure that employees are well-informed about health and safety regulations established under Irish legislation. Our training programs adhere to legal requirements and consequently improve safety awareness in the workplace.

Compliance with Irish Legislation?

After all compliance with Irish legislation is not merely a legal obligation and it exemplifies an organisation’s commitment to employee welfare. MKD courses cover essential topics and meet required legislative standards. Risk assessments, hazard identification and knowledge of roles and responsibilities in emergency procedures are critical. Therefore add to the minimising of risk and enhancing the safety culture within an organisation.
