Employees who are new to food handling should take this course before commencing any food handling work, and complete the Food Safety level 1 course within the first 3 months of employment.
This simple and engaging video based induction course is easy to follow, and includes voice-over and accompanying text displayed on-screen.

On completion of this training participants will be able to:

  • Understand the need for good personal hygiene.
  • Be aware of allergens in food, and allergen control measures.
  • Prevent the contamination of food through good hygiene practice.
